Who we are:
GiveBackAmerica.org
was created to raise money for charities at no additional
costs to their volunteers and supporters. The website
and concept was created to make a difference in people's
lives.
How GiveBackAmerica.org works:
When shoppers click on GiveBackAmerica.org, they choose
their home state and a charity to benefit from their online
shopping commissions. Retailers pay GBA a commission to
refer paying customers to their site. GBA takes the commission
from the retailer and shares it with your charity. There
is NO COST to the charity!
How we market GiveBackAmerica.org:
1) GiveBackAmerica.org Blog - we write timely articles
about many worthy causes that we feel we can raise awareness
and ultimately raise money for. Many times we have guest
bloggers from our various partner charities submit articles
for distribution to our growing network.
2) GiveBackAmerica.org Six Degrees of Giving program -
(www.givebackamerica.com/six.php)
3) Monthly Newsletter - we forward a monthly newsletter
to our distribution list promoting our many worthy causes.
4) Charity Support - we ask charities to post our link
on their website and promote us to supporters where possible.
How we pay out Commissions:
GiveBackAmerica.org sends out checks on
a quarterly basis, 90 days in arrears. This 90 days allows
retailers time to report merchandise returns. GBA does
not issue checks for under $25. Any charity with a balance
below $25 will have the balance carried forward quarterly
until $25 accrues.
Retailers pay GiveBackAmerica.org a commission for each
purchase referred through www.GiveBackAmerica.org. GiveBackAmerica.org
typically pays out 60% of total commission to charities
thereafter. We note, GiveBackAmerica.org pays out 100%
of commission listed on the shopping mall. GiveBackAmerica.org
reserves the right to increase charity payouts depending
on success and participation in our program. GiveBackAmerica.org
pledges never to payout less than 60% of commission, no
matter the circumstances. GiveBackAmerica.org pledges
(upon request) to provide quarterly accounting statements
detailing sales commissions.
