GBA is an independent business and only acts as a referral link to the independent retailers. Each store is solely responsible for their own business and all returns and product complaints should be taken up with the retailer.

Q: When will the charities receive the donations?

Checks are sent to charities on a quarterly basis, 90 days in arrears. This 90 days allows retailers time to report merchandise returns. GBA does not issue checks for under $25. Any charity with a balance below $25 will have the balance carried forward quarterly until $25 accrues.
